Your business is growing and with that, you have to onboard new hires, get them set up with platform profiles, and access to certain things. And having to get a headshot of them as well? Let us handle that part for you. This program is designed to integrate new headshots into the existing team you already updated. So how does it work?
The Recipe
When we set up the full team headshot update we will finalize the look of the headshots. The background, lighting, and other aspects. So they are all uniform across the board. This will make it easier to replicate with the new hires who schedule their headshot.
This is also used for creating a detailed spec sheet that can be given to remote workers who will have to get a headshot done in their area. This sheet can be given to the photographer so it is easy for them to replicate.

With this program, a dedicated page is created for each company that can easily be given to new hires in documentation and other materials. The page will have samples from the other company headshots, tips and thoughts about how to prepare and what to wear, and also a module to schedule their headshot in our studio right from that page.
The Headshot Session
All the details about the session are handled by Wohler & Co. including delivery of the images. We guide everyone through posing and expressions and even help them select their final image before they leave. Images will be delivered to the individual as well as put into the shared folder for your company so you have them all and it stays updated.
