Confidence. An attribute that seems to come alive during a photo shoot, sometimes it is already there. These two certainly have a confidence and grace about them and it was truly a privilege to photograph them. Connecting with them and learning about their lives and creating photographs to commemorate that was an honor.We all have struggles

We all have struggles in our lives, and it ultimately comes down to how we react to those struggles that define us. As we grow in our own skin we develop our own power, confidence, and grace. Seeing that come through my lens and to be able to show you that in printed form is truly the greatest privilege I have as a photographer. Whether you have had gastric bypass surgery, like Mollie, and are regaining your mind and body. Or finally found your soul mate after being friends for a long time like these two. Seeing that connection and power in a portrait is why I love what I do.

We each have a power and grace that should be celebrated and shown to the world more often. That comes from within when we find our passion and our art. For these two, it is their relationship that gives life. That is their art. The support they have for each other is evident in everything they do. From karaoke to their love of Batman. A power couple in their own way.
