We all know the old school headshots in banks and the grocery stores showing the “employee of the week.” The leadership team deserves better than that. Something that shows their personality a little more and matches the company’s overall environment and culture.
Everyone deserves a headshot they are proud of. I had a great time talking with these guys from Lanco Integrated during their Leadership Headshots. Their company had to make a shift to up their production due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Supplying medical production supplies across the globe. Each of them, you could tell, had a sense of pride surrounding what they are doing and providing to their customers.
The one thing that was discussed about these images was the gray background and having them have a cohesive feel. This sort of set up is simple to achieve and can be replicated almost anywhere.
Getting something more in the images, along the lines of a portrait, rather than the traditional close-up headshot, was how they wanted the final images to look. Maybe a little GQ vibes. Happy to throw some of that in with the lighting and posing for these contemporary leadership headshots.
