Branding your office is more than just colors and fonts. The headshots you show of your staff are just as important both internally and externally. Corporate Headshots can be implemented easily into an all-hands meeting, workshops, or conferences. Bringing the studio to you.

From the beginning, the experience is seamless and doesn’t require a lot other than scheduling the date and location. Everything else is taken care of by us. Leaving your staff and teams with corporate headshots they are happy with. It starts with a streamlined system.

Everyone being photographed will be registered in our system where they will be emailed a private gallery of their images so they can select their final image. That image will be edited before being delivered to them as a digital download. For internal use, a full gallery of final images can be sent to the point of contact. This eliminates the back and forth with each person to select their final image. Leave it all up to us.

It’s true but with the right coaching in posing and expression, amazing things can happen. During their time in front of the camera, everyone will experience guidance in positioning and angles to give a variety of images to select from. They might actually like a photo of themselves.

Images can be delivered in a few different ways depending on what you need.

  • As is an instant download from their personalized gallery.
  • As a retouched version of the image they select. This is an extra cost due to the editing process.

Best of all you won't need to track down everyone. We will handle the back-and-forth of communicating the galleries and selecting images.

All images can also be delivered to a company gallery if needed.

Absolutely! I don't think there are many people I have worked with who feel ready to walk in and have a headshot taken without any prep or guidance.

I offer a PDF guide that can be customized to company standards, or a generic one for conferences. It goes through wardrobe tips, energy, and even skincare.

The Onboarding Headshot Program was designed just for that purpose. Once we discuss and set the look of the images. And get the bulk of your team's headshots done in a dedicated session or team meeting, we will have a "recipe" created for your company. This will be the lighting, background used, and other options. Some resources will be created as well that can be used as part of the onboarding process you already have in place.

A new hire will get a link to a page with details about the headshot and also be able to book their time slot. Sessions are at a reduced rate and will use the "recipe" we created so all headshots come in matching the rest of the team's existing new headshots.
